Order Processing Times

Free Shipping Orders:
Dispatched within 3 business days after payment authorization. Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or the most cost-efficient method available.

Paid Standard Shipping Orders:
Priority processed ahead of free shipping orders. Usually dispatched within 1 business day via USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent service.

Priority & Expedited Shipping Orders:
For faster delivery, choose Priority or Expedited Shipping at checkout. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day using USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated Delivery Times
USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date — and so, neither can we.
All delivery dates are estimates only, assuming normal shipping conditions.
Factors like weather delays, increased seasonal mail volume, and carrier staffing shortages can impact delivery times.
While we do not offer returnless refunds solely for delayed deliveries, every package is fully insured against:

Damaged Upon Arrival
If your package appears lost, USPS requires a waiting period before filing a claim:

15 days for standard U.S. addresses

45 days for APO/FPO/DPO addresses

If your order arrives late, don’t worry — you’re still covered under our Return Policy, and we’ll even cover the return shipping if you choose to send it back.
Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Hassle-Free Returns

Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product. -
Condition of Return:
Opened packages are acceptable for returns without a restocking fee.
If an item is missing contents, damaged, or otherwise unsellable, a restocking fee will apply to cover the replacement or repair. -
Free Return Shipping:
We cover the cost of return shipping — no matter the reason.
If a shipping cost is accidentally deducted from your refund, just reach out, and we’ll promptly fix it.
